Vanessa Boachie

Vanessa Boachie (BSc, PGCert), Founder and CEO of Inside Out Well-being is an Award-Winning Social Entrepreneur and Qualified Psychological Therapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Vanessa has been working in mental health for eight years and is particularly interested in using culturally sensitive approaches to work with individuals who are experiencing depression, anxiety, social anxiety, low self-esteem, life transitions, hardships and trauma. Vanessa’s focus is on supporting people to overcome their psychological barriers by exploring the underlying factors that are hindering their peace and by implementing practical strategies and techniques to enhance their quality of life through one-to-one sessions and group workshops. Vanessa has worked with leading organisations such as JP Morgan, Virgin Group Ltd, BBC, NHS, HMPPS. Tesco and Victim Support. She has facilitated creative mental health educational workshops and healing spaces across the country in Higher education, corporate organisations and places of worship. She is on a mission to help others 'live their best lives' through supporting them to develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
